Our Story

Thandeka Global Equip is a company established with the vision of empowering individuals, households and small businesses by providing opportunities that help them realise their dreams. Our three core values – community, empowerment and wealth creation – guide us in building an organisation dedicated to fostering positive societal change.

Since our inception in 2018, we have made significant strides in supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs by equipping them with the skills necessary for growth and facilitating access to capital through the sharing of knowledge, expertise and opportunities. Our flagship startup, TGE Business Stokvel, launched in 2021 is a community of like-minded people from ordinary backgrounds committed to collective wealth-building, our stokvel has continued to grow, positively impacting over 500 lives. Our rebranding to TGE Property Stokvel aims to expand our movement across South Africa with the aim of making wealth creation affordable and accessible.

Thandeka Global Equip is a community dedicated to equipping and empowering its members by providing access to alternative wealth creation opportunities, networking & connection opportunities as well as sharing valuable & insightful knowledge. Our objective is to support one another in building wealth through the formation of a network of likeminded individuals, households and small businesses, all united by a shared vision of reducing economic inequality. By fostering connections, we can exchange opportunities, collaborate and promote personal and professional development.

TGE Property Stokvel is an investment leisure club designed to blend property investing with leisure and community. As a stokvel, we focus our investments on luxury properties, including apartments, villas & penthouses suitable for holiday makers and tourists. Members of our stokvel enjoy sharing in the profits, along with the perks of complimentary vacations and discounts when organizing their getaways.

Invest

We provide affordable and accessible opportunities for property investing. As a stokvel we focus on luxury apartments, villas and penthouses located in developments, resorts or aparthotels. These properties generate income by leasing to holidaymakers and tourists on a short-term basis. Together as a stokvel we share in the profits generated from these properties.

Leisure

As a stokvel member, you will enjoy leisure benefits that combine wealth generation with relaxation. Each member receives a complimentary getaway to share with loved ones, along with discounts for planned trips to our properties. Our strategic locations provide a diverse array of amenities and activities for members to relish.

We recognized the necessity of providing women with a platform not only to share their business insights but also to learn from the experiences of other women in their vicinity. This exchange aims to broaden their personal knowledge and foster both business growth and personal wellbeing.

Sip n’ Chat fosters a supportive environment for participants to connect and build lasting relationships beyond professional boundaries. Events feature inspiring guest speakers, skills workshops and networking sessions that create new opportunities. By uniting, women can amplify their voices, drive positive change, and work towards a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
